Was it the purple upholstery or the gold painted furniture? Was it the light streaming in from the early morning Sydney streets? Was it the perfectly coiffed French waitress, all the way from Brittany?
Whatever it was, the shadowy interior of this cafe transported me to where the coffee was perfect, the home made marshmallow “incroyable” and the city life fantasy complete.
Just one cup of coffee in the right light in a plush French cafe.
oh so smitten with this little cafe now as well! beautiful shots. xo
I'm transported too 🙂 – that is about as far away, in every way possible, from where I am right now. Monday I will be in Arusha and go to our nearest equivalent….pretty far from though. I love the portrait interior shot, 4th down.
Where is that, looks great.
You are in Sydney, right? : ) You show that the french style can be exported anywhere.
Looks like my kind of place!! Love that deep rich purple..:-)
Thank you for the intoxicating weekend escape to another time and place! An irresistible post!
The perfect backdrop for a perfect start to a perfect day.
How strange to find a piece of Paris down under! Looks a wonderful place to relax.
So love the purple theme!
Oh, how wonderful 🙂 And your photographs totally capture the atmosphere 🙂
There is something that feels very indulgent about purple and gold – in a lovely way.
