When it is over, I don’t want to wonder
if I have made of my life something particular, and real.
I don’t want to find myself sighing and frightened,
or full of argument.
I don’t want to end up simply having visited this world. -Mary Oliver
Dusk light with the reflections of the still twinkling lights of the Christmas tree……….I am beginning to re-emerge from hibernation…..Thank you all for your true support and kindness….

One of the things I really love about winter is seeing the bare branches of the tress black against the sunset – the more fiery the sunset the better.

Trees are beautiful even without their leaves! And the colors of the sky are incredible! I also always look at my garden after I open my eyes. I can see a big piece of the garden.
I hope you are having a happy Holiday Season!

Beautiful with those twinkling lights. As in "It's a Wonderful Life" even those of us that just visit this world for a while have a greater impact than we realize. Glad to hear you are coming out of hibernation.

Trees are great any time of the year, they always fill me with a feeling of inspiration, peace and awe. Winter silhouette's are no exception, emphasising natures artistic movement and growth of the bare structure of trunks and branches. I love your special effects with reflective christmas lights, a lovely touch for a reflective time of year.
